I have been meditating since I was 14 and have trained in many mind enhancing techniques. I have trained with many teachers from the USA and a Korean Energy Monk, as well as all the levels of Reiki, Seichem and Sakara. I am a Certified LifeSkills Consultant and have developed Stress Management and Mindfulness programs for businesses, hospital staff, secondary schools and weekly courses for the general public.
